I found a hack to fix Live+Press for WordPress 2.0. If you can see this in my LiveJournal, then it worked!

I upgraded to WP 2.0 last week, and everything went horribly wrong.  I was a moron and used fantastico for the upgrade, completely forgetting that I had not only manually changed the location after initial installation, but had several plugins installed.
